Custom Policy
Tailored Garments & Bespoke Gifts

Personalisation: In accordance with South African law, the 7-day cooling-off period does not apply to goods made to a consumer’s specifications. As our garments are uniquely tailored to your specific measurements, they are considered Final Sale.

Measurement Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or returned due to "change of mind" or incorrect measurements submitted by the client.

Lead Times: Tailored garments require a production lead time of [Insert Days, e.g., 10–14] working days before dispatch.

Seasonal Deadlines: During peak periods (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc.), we implement strict "Order Cut-Off Dates" to ensure delivery. Orders placed after these dates are not guaranteed for holiday arrival.

Bespoke Gifts: Any gifts personalised with names or custom designs for special calendar dates are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Easy Returns:

7-Day Cooling-Off Period: For "Ready-to-Wear" and non-customised items, you may return your purchase for any reason within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. You are responsible for the return courier costs.

Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted on hair accessories, earrings, or bed linen once the packaging has been opened.

Defective Items: All products carry an implied 6-month warranty. If an item is found to be defective, you may choose a repair, replacement, or refund. We will cover the return courier costs for confirmed defects.

Tracking your Order:
We strive to deliver your bespoke garments and gifts to your door as efficiently as possible. We partner with reputable courier services to ensure reliable delivery across South Africa and beyond.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

Coverage: We offer door-to-door delivery to all nine provinces within South Africa.

Transit Times: Once your order has completed its production lead time (as detailed in our Custom Policy), delivery typically takes 2–5 working days for main centres and 5–7 working days for regional or outlying areas.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your parcel is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress in real-time.
International Shipping (Outside South Africa)

Custom Quotes: For our international clients, shipping is handled as a bespoke service. Upon receiving your order or inquiry, we will obtain a direct quote from our courier partners based on your specific location, parcel weight, and dimensions.

Cost Transparency: These shipping quotes are passed directly to the customer account at cost. We do not add additional service fees, levies, or markups to international freight charges.

Timeframes: International delivery schedules are dictated solely by the courier provider and may be subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

Duties & Taxes: Please note that the recipient is responsible for any international import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and protected in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

General Terms

Physical Address: We require a physical street address for all deliveries as our courier partners cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Attempts: Our couriers generally attempt delivery during standard business hours (08h00 – 17h00). Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address.

Insurance: While we pack every order with the utmost care, our liability ends once the package is handed over to the courier. Should you require additional shipping insurance for high-value bespoke orders, please contact us prior to dispatch.
